Nurture and Promotion of Doctoral Research
Research is an important element in the on-going improvement of education, no less in Christian education. The Commission applauds those in our schools who have decided to undertake post-graduate education study and especially those who are engaged in doctoral research on issues where Christian belief (theology) intersects with educational philosophy and practice. Wherever it can do so, the Commission is eager to support and encourage those involved especially in doctoral research.
It does this through facilitating interaction and networking between those in engaged in such study as well as those who have in recent times completed such work. From time to time, face-to-face meetings are arranged; researchers are afforded the opportunity to share their findings with fellow educators in the Diocese. For more information, Contact Us.
