Those who aspire to be the next generation of Christian educational leaders need to be engaged now in preparation for this role. While there are many courses and programs in which one can enroll, the opportunities to grow the Christian dimension of leadership are not as obvious or as accessible. The Commission is seeking to help those who have identified themselves (or been identified by others) through networking them with one another, providing them with challenges and opportunities, bringing them into contact with suitable coaches and mentors, suggesting strategies that others may not have mentioned. There is no doubt the pool of future educational leaders with a sharp Christian mind and a passionate heart needs to be enlarged.
